Zafar Bhunnoo

I am a passionate and experienced individual with a demonstrated history of working in many different industries – starting with real estate across a whole spectrum of asset classes. I am driven by my desire to make a lasting and positive change for all who interact with the built environment and experience space physically and non-physically. I have nearly 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and held prominent roles at companies including M3, Blackstone and Balance Out Living backed by Oaktree Capital. I’ve founded several companies and have been instrumental in the successful development and acquisition contributing to a portfolio worth over £2 billion across various asset classes. This also includes raising investment in excess of £250m for various projects as an entrepreneur. In recent years, my foundational priorities have shifted to personal development, growth and health. From here I have focused on value-aligned partnerships to nurture, support and deliver projects and initiatives with purpose. I am an avid coach, mentor, advisor and speaker on topics around Business, Entrepreneurship, Performance, Development, Design, Operations, Mental health, Wellness and Community.

How long does the Purposeful Profits Programme last?

Our programme is structured as a 12-week cohort, designed to provide participants with in-depth insights, mentorship, and growth opportunities by being held accountable by your peers. However, it's essential to note a couple of unique aspects of our approach:
Commitment to Excellence: The initial 'build phase' is 12 weeks, but graduation isn't guaranteed for everyone at the end of this period. We maintain rigorous standards to ensure the quality and success of our participants.
Extended Access: Understanding that everyone's journey and pace of learning can be different, we offer all participants extended access to the programme. So, even if you don't graduate in the initial 12-week cycle, you can continue to engage with the content, refine your skills, and make the most of the resources available.

In essence, while the core curriculum is delivered over 12 weeks, participants have the support to access the programme for as long as they are paying the subscription, ensuring they derive maximum value and achieve their goals.

While our programme is primarily focused on supporting sustainable startups, we also welcome founders who are seeking to integrate sustainability into their existing business models. We believe that every business has the potential to make a positive impact, and our program will guide you in incorporating sustainable practices and strategies into your operations.
What is the application process?

The application process involves filling out an online application form where we gather information about your business, your goals, and your commitment to sustainability. Our team will carefully review each application and select participants based on their alignment with our mission and potential for growth. Successful applicants will be notified and provided with further details on the next steps to join the programme.
What level of investment is involved?

Our investment is £50,000 worth of business support. We understand that this may be a barrier for some so we will work out a plan that has an equity contribution of up to 5% depending on the plan you choose. This investment ensures you receive comprehensive support, including masterclasses, one-on-one coaching, and access to our extensive network of mentors and resources. These fees are structured to make the programme accessible while ensuring the highest quality of guidance and support.

You will also need to budget a minimum of £250/month for software costs including Shopify, Klaviyo and other digital marketing software to run your growth machine. You also need to budget at least £500/month for advertising across Google, Meta and Tiktok.
Do you offer bursaries or sponsorships?

We offer bursary-supported placements to individuals who require additional financial support. The bursary fund is sponsored by Kind Community and Caner Veli. To apply for a bursary supported placement please do so via the application form.
Do you guarantee results?

What we can guarantee is that you will be given access to the same strategies, templates, frameworks and content that has produced the results mentioned. You will also have access to Caner and the mentors to be coached on the latest marketing techniques.

Your level of success in attaining the results claimed in our materials depends on multiple factors such as, the time you devote to the programme, ideas and techniques mentioned, your finances, economic conditions and as with life, some luck.
